Joanna is a seasoned digital marketing professional with over 25 years of hands-on experience. Her passion lies in energizing businesses for growth and working with clients to make smarter marketing investments. Whether it's assembling a team of individual experts or collaborating with client resources and/or other agencies, her customized strategies are based on each client’s unique goals, budget, and resources.
For smaller clients, she may step into the role of an outsourced CMO or team lead, concentrating on strategy while guiding your internal (or external) resources to execute. For larger clients, she and her team offer strategy and management, bringing in the specialists required for implementation.
Joanna typically works with clients that have strong growth trajectories and are ready to elevate their sales and marketing initiatives to the next level. Her diverse experience spans various industries, including B2B SaaS, B2C lead generation, retail, health and wellness, and real estate development.
She understands the challenges her clients face daily and can swiftly grasp their unique business needs to address them. Her client management approach relies on her strength in communication and unwavering accountability.
Joanna holds an MBA from USC's Marshall School of Business and live in Los Angeles. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in coaching entrepreneurs, speaking Spanish, traveling and spending time in nature.
